Our professional fees are:
$250 for a Consultation
$750 for Labial or Lip Frenectomy
$750 for Lingual or Tongue Frenectomy
For infants and young children, the maximum charge for treatment is $1,500.
For children ages 6 and older: Depending on a child's age and the severity of the tongue restriction, a more advanced release, called a frenuloplasty, may be indicated. This advanced procedure involves the removal of the frenum followed by repositioning the tissues to provide more flexibility. Suture placement after a frenuloplasty helps to close the wound and prevent reattachment of the frenum. The cost of a Frenuloplasty is $1,250.
If your child has been recommended for buccal (or cheek) tie releases, please contact our office regarding the cost of treatment.
There is no charge for follow up appointments within the first three months of treatment.
All fees are due at the time of the appointment.
We understand that many of our families would like to utilize benefits from their medical and dental insurance for the frenectomy procedure. We are happy to help with this process! We will provide you with all necessary information.
